Technical Training Program
Ideal for new graduates but offered to all our Technical Trainees, this mentorship program incorporates the key elements of our engineering and manufacturing processes.
Through this program, our Technical Trainees undergo rigorous training where they spend time in design, manufacturing, and service; learning about HVAC fundamentals, our product lines, and the processes we utilize to output high-quality products.
Our Technical Training Program allows you to explore various areas of the company, the industry, and your own passions.

Graduates Advancing to Professionalism – GAP
GAP is part of our Technical Training Program and supports employees through targeted training programs, career development, and networking opportunities.
Through regular GAP events, our trainees broaden their skills designing and facilitating professional presentations along with building comradery with their peers.
DAWN – Development of Airtex Women Network
DAWN empowers and advances women at Engineered Air through workshops, networking events, guest speakers, and mentorship programs. We aim to nurture talent, foster growth, and promote professional development, inclusivity, and diversity in the workplace.
