HVAC Manufacturer Field Service Representative - Various Locations ( British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba,Ontario)

We have an opportunity for a highly self-motivated individual with strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to join our team of HVAC Manufacturer Field Service Representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Provide technical support on indoor/outdoor HVAC equipment in the field.
·Execute hands-on activities such as lifting, operating machinery, and assembling products safely and efficiently.
·Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts.
·Demonstrate a professional attitude while keeping the company’s interests in mind at all times.
·The successful candidate will work independently.
·There is a requirement to accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines.
·Occasional work outside regular business hours is required.
·50% Travel in and out of the province within western Canada is required.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
·Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma, Technologist, HVAC Tech, or related discipline.
·One or two years of related design, production, or service experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
·Experience in HVAC systems, control systems, or trades is desirable.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
·A Valid Driver’s License and a clean abstract are required.
·Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Proven ability to problem-solving in challenging situations.
·Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team locally and remotely.
·The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
·Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality in all physical activities.
